Oxford, Ala.- The women's cross country team had their first meet of the 2022 season on Friday. The team competed at the JSU Foothills Invitational, a meet hosted by NCAA Division I school Jacksonville State University. The meet consisted of multiple NCAA schools from all divisions as well as NAIA schools. The course was a 4k race instead of the usual 5k.
